2 YEARS SINCE OPENING OF SiEVA 3D LAB
Together with our partners, Faculty for mechanical engineering and also external clients we reached some nice figures:
– 7000 hours of printing on 1 EOS M290 machine,
– 150 succesfully printed Jobs,
– 1600 printed products, weighing more than half a tonne,
– involved in numerous international and national research & development projects.
Mostly we print tools for die casting and injection moulding with benefits of conformal cooling. But there is also a lot of printing of functional prototypes from aluminium, small series of products for promotional purpuses, test samples etc.
One interesting fact – biggest printed product weighed almost 20 kg and was printing continuously for almost 6 days!
Most printed products are succesfully used in industrial applications.
